Mercy Health in Hughesdale VIC is seeking a Customer Enquiry Centre Officer to be the first contact for prospective customers, qualify enquiries and provide expert advice on aged care funding and service options across Retirement Living, Home Care and Residential Aged Care.

You will maintain CRM records, handover qualified opportunities to the sales team, and proactively nurture customers through the pipeline to support conversion and smooth admission.
