About the role and where you will be working

We are looking for two exceptional Occupational Therapists to join our team supporting our residents at Jeremiah Donovan House in Forrestfield and Villa Pelletier in West Leederville.

1x OT in Forrestfield – 4 days/fortnight (30hrs)

As a Southern Cross Care WA OT, you will have a passion for working in partnership with older people, and for developing and delivering person‑centred therapeutic programmes. We are looking for someone with proven skillset and experience to support our valued residents.

Responsibilities

- Assess and deliver high‑quality OT services to our residents
- Lead and assist staff to deliver activity and therapy programmes
- Communicate effectively with the care team to enhance the wellbeing of residents
- Contribute to quality improvements in allied health and the residential service
- Comply with Allied Health and Workplace Health and Safety policies,



procedures and safe work practices

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with a strong commitment to person‑centred care and able to work both independently and within a team. You will also have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in our residents’ lives.
