We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in grooming various breeds of dogs and cats, possess a deep understanding of animal behavior, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional service to both pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform grooming services including bathing, cutting, and styling fur for dogs and cats.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, pet housing and equipment.
- Conduct pet health and wellness assessments, noting any concerns and communicating effectively with pet owners.
- Build lasting relationships with pets and their owners to ensure a positive grooming experience.
- Stay updated with grooming trends and techniques, continuing professional development as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.
- Provide fresh water to dogs as per their dietary needs.
- Keep Pet Taxi & workplace Clean Daily.
- Safe & responsible driving of pet van.
- Daily photography and videos of Daycare & Boarding Dogs daily,



confident skills in using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & other social media platforms for uploading photos & videos.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a pet groomer (2+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of different dog and cat breeds and their grooming needs.
- Certification in pet grooming from an accredited institution is a plus.
- Ability to handle pets safely and compassionately.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting and walking dogs.
- Fun & enthusiastic on social media content with dogs & cats.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
- Australian Drivers License.
