At Plumb Well Solutions, we're a growing, family-owned plumbing business based out of Moorabbin, servicing Melbourne's South-Eastern suburbs.

We're looking for an experienced, fully qualified plumber to play an essential part in delivering top-notch plumbing services to residential and commercial clients. If you take pride in your work enjoys solving problems, and genuinely care about looking after customers, we'd love to hear from you.

We're not a huge corporate company - we're a close-knit team that enjoys coming to work, helps each other out, and believes in doing things properly the first time. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same. Our work includes:

- Residential and commercial maintenance plumbing
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
- Hot water services
- Blocked drains
- Tap, toilet and fixture repairs
- Roofing and drainage repairs
- CCTV drain inspections and hydro jetting (training provided if required)
- Providing excellent customer service and clear communication
- Completing digital job reports and photos
- Working safely and maintaining a high standard of workmanship

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Holds a Certificate III in Plumbing
- Has at least 2 years' experience as a qualified plumber




- Is reliable, motivated and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Has strong problem-solving skills
- Enjoys working independently but is also a team player
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Holds a current driver's licence and White Card
- Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude who is always willing to further develop their skillset.
