About the Role

As the Retail Manager, you’ll work closely with the Pharmacist in Charge to lead the front-of-shop operations, drive team performance, and ensure the store runs smoothly day to day.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance people leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop the retail team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build robust community relationships
- Oversee stock control, merchandising, and promotional execution




- Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance (QSPP)
- Manage rosters to wages budget, daily operations, and workflow coordination
- Support sales growth and achieve store performance targets
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally

About You

- Previous experience in a Retail Manager or Supervisor role (pharmacy highly desirable)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for customer service and community care
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized, proactive, and solutions- focused
- Experience with stock management, merchandising, and team leadership
