The Opportunity
We’re seeking a friendly, professional, and highly motivated Receptionist & Administration Assistant to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You’ll manage front desk operations, patient bookings, and provide vital administrative support between both sites in North Melbourne to ensure our practice runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and support all visitors and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls and enquiries
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Process patient billing, Medicare claims, and financial transactions accurately
- Schedule and manage appointments using the Radiology Information System (RIS) (Visage)
- Provide administration support to our Clinical Trials and Therapy teams
- Communicate appointment details clearly to patients and carers
- Maintain accurate patient records and information
- Provide administrative support to senior management and medical staff
- Import/export images via the PACS system
- Ensure timely delivery of reports to referring clinicians
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all MTIC protocols and procedures
About You

You will bring:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in medical imaging or healthcare (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with RIS and PACS systems (Visage preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in a similar role (desired)
