Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure compliance throughactively engaging with project stakeholders and delivery teams, maintainingadherence to relevant project and portfolio requirements, standards, and AusNetpolicies and procedures.
- Define standards, scheduletemplates and associated reporting to be used by all Digital Projects alignedto AusNet delivery methods and needs.
- Work with project leads and keydelivery stakeholders to support portfolio level schedule definition andmanagement, including identification of cross project interdependencies andcritical path milestones. Assist project leads with approved re-baselining ofschedule/s where required.
- Review project and programschedules to ensure required quality and specificity, and support identificationof any schedule conflicts and issues that will have a broader portfolio impact.
- Ensure cross projectinterdependencies and critical path milestones are appropriately tracked andactively managed. Supporting the relevant change request process whererequired.
- Create, manage and report onthe portfolio master schedule including cross project interdependencies toenable visibility of delivery to schedule, and early identification of scheduledeviations including impacts to dependent initiatives.
- Identify, develop and embedcontinuous improvement opportunities across the portfolio as they relate toschedule and dependency managementprocesses applicable during the delivery life-cycle.
- Actively collaborate to shareinsights, lessons learned and wins widely with others.




- Be adaptive to changes andinnovations in the digital landscape that can help us grow our network andsupport the energy transition.

Projectmanagement

- Digital delivery specificprocess and principlesas they relate to schedule definition andmanagement throughout the project delivery life-cycle.
- Project delivery methodologiesincluding Waterfall, Agile and SDLC.

ProjectTooling

- Microsoft Project Professional,Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft Project Centre, MicrosoftPlanner and Jira.

Specific experience of relevanceincludes:

- Applied experience with Schedule Management at a portfolio level, including:
- critical path and cross project dependency management
- reporting on schedule status, risks and issues
- assessment of portfolio level impacts in the event of milestone changeor schedule slippage

- Robust understanding on waterfall/agile delivery methodologies anddeliverables/artefacts
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Project Plan and supporting project andprogram management tools such as Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft ProjectOnline and Jira.
- Relevant training or qualification in project and program managementwould be favourable.
- Has demonstrated experience working in a multi-vendor projectenvironment.
- Experience with guidingbusiness strategy around project tooling use, governance and adoption across teams.
- Supporting or delivering thetransition from Microsoft Project Online to Microsoft Project Server, includingschedule migration, environmental configuration and impacts to portfolioreporting and governance.
