Looking for a bartender who can handle the bar independently. Experience is a must. Southbank fast‑paced restaurant. Training provided. Coffee knowledge is a bonus. Weekends are a must.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Work closely with floor staff and management to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation in accordance with venue policies.

Skill & Experience

- Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue.
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well‑presented, reliable, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
