- Ensure all programs align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Provide strong leadership and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare.
- Build and maintain strong, positive connections with children, families, and the community
- Keep accurate developmental records and communicate progress with families.
- Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety policies and childcare regulations.

- A genuine passion for early childhood learning and development., * Completion of Certificate III or IV in Children's Services with proof of enrolment in an AQF Diploma in Children's Services, OR
- Diploma in Children's Services (AQF Level 2)



OR Advanced Diploma or higher in Children's Services or Education
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Certificate (or ability to obtain before commencement)
- Valid Working with Children Blue Card
- Current Police Clearance

Desirable

- Previous experience working in early childhood education
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, relevant government regulations, and the ECA Code of Ethics
- Ability to plan and implement engaging, educational programs for young children

Work Environment

- Queensland Local Government Industry Award - ($77,000 to $79,000 per annum, depending on qualifications/experience) + Superannuation
