Care to Heal Pty Ltd is looking for caring, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as NDIS Support Workers.
In this role, you will deliver person-centred support that helps people with disabilities lead more independent and meaningful lives within the Narre Warren & surrounding areas community.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal assistance and support to clients in daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and household tasks
- Assist clients with their mobility and communication needs
- Support community participation and social interaction
- Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks
- Assist with shopping and running errands
- Follow and implement individualised support plans
- Provide companionship, friendship and emotional support
- Follow therapy plans and provide direct support and assistance to therapists
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients
- Work collaboratively with the wider team and report changes in client’s condition to management
- Engage in meaningful activities and support clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life
- Foster a safe, supportive, positive and respectful environment that enhances the well-being and independence of participants
Skills and Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- And/or at least 1 year of experience in disability support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance
- Key Qualities Strong commitment to person-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs

Remuneration will align with the skills and experience displayed by the successful candidate. This position is a full-time (38 hours per week, minimum) salary range $52,000 to $80,000 plus Superannuation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000 - $80,000
