HR Partners is seeking a Contract Administrator for a growing commercial builder in Melbourne. You will manage the full life cycle of 2-3 commercial projects, reporting to the Commercial Manager and Project Manager in a team-oriented team.
You will handle head contracts and subcontracts administration, track subcontractor claims, payments and variations, issue and track EOTs and RFIs, and maintain project documentation and contract repositories, while supporting negotiation of minor disputes.
