Reporting directly to local leadership, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing relationships and growing market share throughout Victoria.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Generating new business opportunities across Victoria
- Building strong relationships with builders, contractors, project managers and other industry stakeholders
- Identifying and converting project opportunities
- Developing and managing a healthy sales pipeline
- Growing market awareness and brand presence
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ongoing account support
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets

This role will split your time between the Epping office and being on the road meeting clients, providing a great mix of autonomy, flexibility and face-to-face sales activity.

The successful candidate will also travel to Perth for an initial two-week training and onboarding program, allowing you to gain an in-depth understanding of the products, business and wider team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in a Sales Representative, Business Development or Account Management position
- Experience selling into the construction, building products, architectural products or related industries
- Strong business development and relationship-breaking capability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated and resilient approach
- A genuine passion for winning new business
- Current driver's licence





Highly Regarded

- Experience selling commercial doors, door frames, door hardware, steel products or related building products
- Existing relationships within Melbourne's commercial construction industry
- Product knowledge relevant to commercial construction projects
- Established network of builders, subcontractors, architects and project stakeholders
