We are seeking an experienced shift supervisor to join our manufacturing team.

The role

This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and the ability to manage a team, co-ordinating dispatch, and ensuring production processes run to schedule and overcoming any obstacles that come up along the way.

Full-time, permanent role with regular hours (Monday to Friday from 6am – 2pm).

About You

- Have 10+ year experience in leading a team.
- You are committed to safety-first and attention to quality.
- High energy, driven personality that gets the job done.

- You are recognised for having good mechanical aptitude

- You have a high level of fitness and are experienced in manual handling (capable of lifting up to 20kg)
