The Chance
As a Refrigeration Technician at REACT Services, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining environments for major retailers and commercial clients. You’ll be trusted to work both independently and as part of a tight-knit team, respond swiftly to maintenance needs, and uphold the highest standards of safety and service.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Delivering quality reactive and preventative maintenance services.
- Operating independently with confidence.
- Attending to reactive maintenance requests promptly,
ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Participating in our on-call roster to support clients when they need us most.
- Building strong partnerships with clients, site managers, and internal teams through clear, proactive communication.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
To be considered for this role
- Qualified Refrigeration Technician
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current Restricted Electrical Licence
- Current Valid Drivers Licence
- Proven experience in commercial environments
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must be based in Melbourne
