We’re currently looking for a friendly, compassionate, and proactive Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part‑time basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients accessing our virtual care service, helping to create a smooth and supportive experience.

Part‑time 15 hours per week

Shift Schedule:

Weekend shifts will be scheduled on a rotating roster with the following shifts:

Sat and Sun 7am – 3pm

Sat and Sun 3pm – 11pm

Position Details:

What You’ll Do:

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, email, and online chat

- Schedule virtual appointments and coordinate with clinicians

- Maintain accurate and up‑date patient records

- Assist with administrative tasks to support clinical and operations teams

- Help patients navigate their care journey with empathy and efficiency

Who This Role Would Suit:

- Someone with previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role (essential)

- Ability to work rotating roster

- Previous experience with Medical Director practice management system

- A strong communicator with great attention to detail

- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital health platforms

- Passionate about improving healthcare access for all Australians
