Community Gro in Townsville is seeking a Case Worker to support young people with complex needs through an alternative learning program, working alongside Educator and Youth Workers to build engagement and outcomes. You will implement learning activities, assess needs, and promote relationships with families and local Elders, with a focus on safety, dignity, and community connection.
This role offers 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with two positions available and a commitment to Aboriginal
