We represent an award-winning specialist law firm, which is experiencing phenomenal growth as a result of winning large projects. Due to the continued growth of our client's team, they are looking for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join their Sydney office.

Property The Sydney Property & Hotels team is led by two of Australia's leading experts.

They cover the full range of property and hotel law transactions and advice including sales and acquisitions, leasing (commercial, retail and industrial), off the plan developments, hotel management, mixed use arrangements and FIRB advice.

Position Description

This role will see you practising in all elements of property law, with exposure to the following types of matters in particular:

- hotel development and management
- sales and acquisition of hotels, commercial and industrial properties
- commercial leasing
- general real estate and commercial advice.





This is a great opportunity for a property lawyer looking to further develop their legal skills within a collegial and supportive workplace.

Requirements

You will be a lawyer with 3 to 7 years' proven experience in property transactions and advice.

In addition, you will have:

- Ability to work independently and autonomously, yet also as a team member
- Excellent communication skills.
