Join us, and be part of a team committed to innovation, excellence, and making a difference Lead AI Engineer – Lead the design, development, and deployment of 20–30 production-ready AI prompts supporting 10–15 high-priority business processes using Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI technologies.

Define and implement a standardised Prompt Engineering Framework, including prompt architecture, reusable templates, engineering methodology, and governance standards.

Design, test, validate,



and continuously refine prompts to ensure high-quality outputs, consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.

Establish prompt quality assurance practices by documenting expected outputs, configurable user inputs, exception handling, assumptions, limitations, and best practices.

Create reusable prompt patterns and provide practical recommendations to improve prompt reliability, scalability, and output consistency across diverse business scenarios.

Design and maintain an enterprise Prompt Library within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including taxonomy, metadata, search capability, categorisation, and scalable library architecture.

Identify and recommend high-value prompts suitable for future implementation as Microsoft Copilot Skills, ensuring extensibility and alignment with evolving AI capabilities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions while promoting prompt governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
