As a Lead Coordinator at our Yarraville West location - a dynamic program that can see up to 100 children on busy afternoons - no two days are the same!

You will lead a team of legends and create unforgettable Before School and After School programs for primary aged kids.

This is a full time role You will: Manage a junior and senior program (two 2ICs, five permanent educators and an additional casual pool) to deliver engaging daily activities across sports, creativity, and exploration - plus dynamic holiday programs Lead the Strategic Inclusion Plan to ensure every child and family feels safe, supported, included and celebrated Train,



mentor and build your team through performance guidance, weekly collaboration sessions, fortnightly company training and the annual Coordinator Conference

Manage day to day administration, service compliance, health needs, risk management, cleaning, food prep routines and Quality Improvement Plan

Build strong relationships with families through regular communication, while representing the service at school events, assemblies and partnership meetings Permanent Shifts:

Monday to Friday Before school care: 6:30am to 9am

After school care: 3:30pm to 6:00pm

Admin hours: 10 hours with some out of ratio duties

Total: 38 hours and per week

Don’t forget about the split shift allowance and laundry allowance too! We are looking for someone who:

Is enthusiastic, organised and loves working with children

Has strong customer service skills and builds positive connections with families, schools and the community

Shows initiative and can thrive in a busy environment

Communicates clearly and engages positively with others Has experience in OSHC, teaching, sports coaching, school camps or similar





Can lead a team and manage daily service operations and admin tasks with confidence You have:

A Diploma or Bachelor’s (or studying towards) in Education, Early Childhood, or ACECQA recognised qualification like Youth Work, Community Services or Primary/Secondary Education Valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willing to obtain)

Child protection training and strong knowledge of child protected standards Familiarity with My Time, Our Place framework and National Regulations Why you will love being part of Kelly Club:
