Lead Exercise Physiologist – Disability & Community Care

Personalised Support Systems is a small family-run business making a big impact in the lives of people living with disabilities, chronic health conditions and aged care needs. Our disability support services run alongside our growing Allied Health team, and we are now seeking a Lead Exercise Physiologist to take charge of this department.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll work mostly independently, supported by therapy assistants and one other therapist. You’ll be central in shaping the Exercise Physiology service as we grow, while enjoying the flexibility and warmth of a close-knit family business.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead and manage Exercise Physiology services across Nunawading (occasional Sunbury visits).
- Independently manage a caseload of NDIS, Medicare, Aged Care, DVA and private clients.
- Conduct assessments, develop and deliver evidence-based treatment plans.
- Mentor and support therapy assistants.




- Prepare reports and clinical documentation for NDIS and other funding bodies.
- Collaborate with our disability support team to deliver holistic care.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of programs and services.

What we’re looking for:

- Current ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist registration.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- First Aid & CPR certification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience (NDIS or aged care preferred).
- Confidence working independently and leading a small team.
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
