Neighbourhood Trades is a multi-trade field services business operating across plumbing, drainage, HVAC and electrical throughout Melbourne. As the business continues to scale, we are seeking a Lead Generation Coordinator to join our office team and take ownership of converting inbound enquiries into booked jobs, and following up on leads that were not converted on first contact.

This is a dedicated lead generation and sales conversion role. The successful candidate will work closely with our Customer Service team to maintain and uphold conversion KPIs and performance standards across all inbound and outbound enquiry activity. The primary measure of success in this role is booked revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound calls and enquiries across all marketing channels (main line, website, direct mail campaigns, and trade-specific advertising lines), converting these into booked jobs within ServiceTitan.
- Follow up on abandoned calls, unconverted enquiries and price-comparison leads through outbound calls, SMS and email quotes to recover lost bookings.
- Undertake proactive outbound lead generation activity, including reactivation of past quotes, follow-up on previously unconverted enquiries, and outreach to targeted lists in support of marketing campaigns.
- Discuss pricing, callout fees and quote ranges directly and confidently with prospective customers, without deferring these conversations to other team members.
- Identify patterns in enquiry types that are not converting, and adjust approach accordingly to improve conversion outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and complete call and lead records in ServiceTitan,



including reason coding, follow-up notes and outcomes for every call.
- Work toward defined KPIs, including call answer rate, conversion rate, follow-up turnaround time and booked revenue, with performance reviewed on a regular basis.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in inbound call handling and lead generation is essential.
- Experience in outbound lead generation or telesales is highly regarded.
- A background in sales, with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Confidence and competence in handling pricing discussions and objection handling.
- An early-career professional who is motivated to build a long-term career in sales and lead generation, with genuine interest in progressing within the business.
- A results-oriented approach, with the ability to self-monitor performance against targets.
- Comfortable operating within a KPI-managed environment and consistently meeting minimum performance standards.
- Strong problem-solving ability, with the capacity to assess a situation on the phone and adjust approach accordingly, rather than relying solely on a fixed script.
