Deliver engaging Learnline training to build staff digital capability and support best practice in online teaching and learning.

About the Position

As a Learnline Training Specialist, you will support the design, delivery and evaluation of professional development programs that build staff capability in using Learnline and associated learning technologies.

You will collaborate with academic and professional staff to promote best-practice online teaching, develop training resources, provide technical guidance, support system enhancements, and contribute to quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the University's digital learning environment.

About You To be successful, you will require:

- Degree in a relevant field and/or experience with learning technologies and digital learning systems.
- Knowledge of learning technologies and digital content development for effective teaching.
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills in online and face-to-face settings.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience creating engaging digital content.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems, preferably Blackboard Learn, and digital production tools, such as H5P.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to the University’s values.

Remuneration Appointment to this role will be at Qualified Level 6. The base salary will be in the range of $89,487 - $95,375 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $104,699 - $111,588 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
