You’lllead the design and delivery of engaging, learner-centric content acrossmultiple formats, simplifying complex information and aligning with ourstrategic goals.This role requires learning design expertise, with anunderstanding of educational methodologies to direct the production of digitalresources that are visually compelling and facilitate learning for Awaremembers.

In addition you will

- Lead end-to-end learningdesign from concept to storyboard, collaborating with stakeholders toensure timely and high-quality outputs; - Conduct content analysisand stakeholder consultation to determine optimal learning strategies; and - Translate technical andregulatory content into accessible, engaging learning experiences andsupport the development of digital learning assets while contributing toenterprise-wide learning initiatives. This is a 10 month full time contract based in either Sydneyor Melbourne CBD offices. How do you exceed our expectations?
