As a successful applicant you will have:

- A current Queensland Drivers License
- A current Queensland Certificate of Registration
- Your qualification lodged with the Office of Fair Trading
- Solid communication skills
- Good listening and learning skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A positive attitude and self confidence
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Excellent presentation
- Good time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks

Your day to day duties will involve all aspects of property management. You will be supported and trained by highly experienced property management professionals who have over 25 years collective experience within the industry.

The office environment is very team orientated, and offers support and coaching to encourage growth within your role.
