You'll Do Manage vehicle registration renewals to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with external authorities and handle registration payments accurately and on time.

Data entry of registration payments and accurate reconciliation of payments.

Assist customers with requests and apply necessary changes with issuing authorities.

Cross-train in related areas like fuel cards, eTags, infringements, and novated operations.

Knowledge of registration processes and salary packaging/payroll systems.

High attention to detail with robust numerical and communication skills.

Customer service and administrative experience, with a knack for problem-solving.
