This is a role with training provided, where you will learn to deal with clients, strengthen your skill as a negotiator and understand what it takes to provide the best possible service to the local area.
About the role
- Managing leasing process from open homes through to checking applications
- Work alongside Property Management team
- Aid in completing in and out-going inspections of properties
- Aid property managers with routine inspection overflow
- Responding to rental enquiries
- Preparation of leasing documents and mange signing process

- Learn from the ground up and work as a team
- Supportive Property Management team
- Monday to Saturday role with a day off during the working week Saturdays (only when needed)
Skills and experience
- Solid understanding of the Eastern Suburbs
- Current Certificate of Registration required
- Own car and Licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication
