This is not high-volume cold calling.

We’re seeking experienced sales professionals who are used to managing a pipeline, building trust over multiple touchpoints and closing considered financial decisions.

You’ll help Australians make important financial decisions with confidence - your advice genuinely makes a difference.

If you’ve worked in real estate, mortgage broking, finance, B2B or other relationship-based sales, this role will feel familiar.

The Role

- Convert warm enquiries into tailored life insurance solutions
- Manage your sales pipeline end-to-end
- Conduct structured, needs-based and compliant conversations
- Provide clear comparisons across multiple insurers
- Achieve revenue and performance targets

This is a structured, performance-driven environment suited to professionals who are commercially minded and comfortable working to revenue targets while maintaining strict compliance standards.

About You

You have experience in

- Consultative or relationship-based sales
- Longer or multi-touch sales cycles
- Managing your own pipeline
- Working toward structured targets

Highly regarded backgrounds include real estate, mortgage broking, financial services or B2C sales. You’re resilient, commercially driven and motivated by performance and earning potential.
