In a nutshell, our Assistant Store Managers support Store Managers in running day‑to‑day operations, leading and developing a team, and contributing to strategy to optimise sales, customer experience and store performance.

Job Description

- Previous people‑leadership experience in a similar customer‑facing role
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and customers about our products and how they help customers meet their goals
- An active interest in physical health and well‑being
- A self‑starter with proven experience in multi‑tasking, teamwork and working in a fast‑paced environment




- Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous but is not essential – we value a willingness to learn and love our brand!
- Availability to work a full‑time Tuesday – Sunday set roster
