About The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Sydenham Outlet.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week .

Responsibilities

- Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and outstanding customer experiences
- Create a strong customer-first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service
- Coach and develop your team through regular on-the-spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building
- Execute visual merchandising in-store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement
- Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day-to-day running
