Scotch College invites applications for the position of Head of Junior School, a rare and compelling leadership opportunity within one of Australia’s most respected independent boys’ schools. The Junior School is a flourishing, relationally rich learning community grounded in outstanding teaching, a deep understanding of boys, and a strong partnership with families. Under the outgoing Head’s transformational leadership, enrolments have more than doubled.

Responsibilities

The Head of Junior School is a member of the College Executive and plays a key role in advancing Scotch College’s mission to develop boys of character, curiosity and service. The successful candidate will inherit a strong foundation and will be entrusted with shaping the next chapter of the Junior School’s growth and excellence.





Qualifications

- Evidence of a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Registration with the Teacher Registration Board of WA (TRBWA).
- Exceptional educational leadership experience with warmth, presence and strategic thinking.
- Credibility and strong relationships with children, staff, parents and colleagues.
- Commitment to child protection and compliance with child safety standards.
