Borg is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator at our Oberon plant to optimise plant performance by managing day-to-day maintenance, ensuring compliance with legislation, site standards, policies and procedures.

The role focuses on protected mechanical operation and reducing unplanned downtime, while supporting proactive maintenance strategies and accurately recording work data in maintenance systems. Reviews of performance reports will drive downtime reduction plans.
