Morris House is a unique four-level CBD venue combining a bustling dining room, vibrant rooftop, live music, Melbourne’s premier comedy venue, and a thriving functions and events business. Located on the corner of Exhibition and Little Collins Street, the venue delivers high‑volume trade, standout entertainment and memorable guest experiences under one roof.

About You

We’re looking for a Venue Manager who leads from the front,



sets the pace on the floor, and knows how to dig into the data to drive real results. You will bring:

- 3+ years’ experience in a senior hospitality leadership role, ideally within a high-volume venue
- Experience across food & beverage, functions and events
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to set the pace for your team
- Commercial awareness and a genuine data‑driven approach to performance
- A passion for delivering great guest experiences
