About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and governance of master data across the organisation. This role supports business operations by managing product, supplier, and inventory data within Microsoft Dynamics GP and SLiM4, ensuring high-quality data standards and enabling efficient planning, reporting, and decision‑making.

Role Title: Master Data Specialist

Location: Moorebank, New South Wales, Australia

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting: Chief Operating Officer

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance principles
- Experience in maintaining product, supplier, customer, and inventory master data
- Skilled in advanced data cleansing, validation, data rationalisation, bulk data imports, uploads, and migration activities
- SQL skills for reporting, data extraction, and analysis
- Robust attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

Duties & Responsibilities

- Maintain and administer master data within Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Manage and maintain data within SLiM4 (or similar inventory planning and forecasting systems)




- Support reporting requirements through SQL queries and data analysis
- Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and IT to resolve data issues and improve data quality
- Ensure compliance with master data governance standards and business rules
- Rationalise master data and perform data cleansing to eliminate duplication and improve consistency
