We are looking for someone hungry to learn, ready to contribute, and determined to become an elite cabinet maker.

What You Will Learn

You will gain practical experience across the full cabinet-making process, including:

- Reading drawings and following cutting lists
- Manufacturing and assembling commercial joinery
- Using hand tools, power tools, and factory machinery safely
- Edging, sanding, hardware fitting, assembly, and finishing
- Preparing materials and components for production
- Packing and preparing completed joinery for dispatch
- Loading and unloading materials and completed products
- Supporting experienced installers on site
- Understanding how quality joinery moves from the factory to installation

You will work alongside experienced tradespeople who can teach you the right way to do the job.

The Small Things Matter

Every successful tradesperson starts by mastering the basics.

You will also be expected to:

- Keep tools,



materials, and hardware organised
- Assist with deliveries and stock storagePrepare materials for upcoming jobs
- Check that all components and hardware are ready for dispatch
- Keep the factory clean, safe, and efficient
- Look after company tools, equipment, and machinery
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE

We are looking for someone who understands that cleaning, organising, preparing, and checking are all part of becoming a reliable tradesperson.

A current cabinet-making apprentice or someone ready to begin an apprenticeship is preferred.

Previous factory, manufacturing, construction, or labouring experience is helpful, but not essential. A current driver’s licence is also preferred.
