Whiz Kidz Early Learning Centre & Pre School - Delahey VIC

Whiz Kidz is seeking a passionate and motivated Diploma trained Educator to join our 66-place Delahey service to work in our 4yr olds Kinder space with up to 30 children per day.

Our services focus on play-based learning, with an emphasis on both structured and spontaneous daily activities and routines. We value the importance of children’s development in the early years and endeavour to support them to become confident and involved learners, to build a strong sense of identity and wellbeing and to become connected with and contribute to their world.

About Us

The Whiz Kidz group are family owned and operated childcare centres in NSW and VIC.Our owners are two sisters, both with young children, who have a passion for quality childcare and early education. Having sent all their young children to childcare, we understand what it means to be able to send your child to a centre each morning and walk away with the peace of mind that your child is being cared for in a loving and nurturing environment. About the Role

This is a permanent full time position, 38 hours per week,



on rotating shifts Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm

Build strong relationships with children, families, and educators

Assist with and implement high-quality educational programs in a warm, creative learning environment

Foster a stimulating environment that supports children’s development

Contribute to reflective discussions, teamwork, and the smooth operation of the centre

Requirements

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA recognised)

Current First Aid and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates

Current National Child Safety Training

Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication skills, approachable, and respected by peers

Knowledgeable in pedagogy and able to support educators of varying abilities
