About the role
As a Warehouse Customer Service Administrator you will manage a broad range of administrative, logistics, and service-related tasks. You will handle high-volume communication, coordinate deliveries and returns, maintain records, and support both warehouse and logistics performance reporting.
Some of the primary duties and responsibilities include:
Purchasing & Supplier Coordination – Order warehouse materials, manage invoices, and prepare monthly purchasing reports.
Delivery & ETA Management – Handle high-volume delivery enquiries and provide timely updates to customers, couriers, and internal teams.
Courier Claims & Reporting – Manage delivery claims, submit DIFOT and claim reports, and maintain daily courier scanning records.
Returns & Customer Support – Organise RA/damaged goods returns, inspect returned items, and liaise with warehouse management.
Equipment Servicing & Records – Coordinate servicing for warehouse equipment and maintain accurate service and stock-related records.
General Warehouse Administration – Support warehouse and logistics documentation, communication, and daily administrative tasks.
About you
Tafe or Bachelor Degree; and/or Previous Office experience is preferred;
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and confident in handling daily administrative and logistics tasks
A collaborative team player with a flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to support others
Ability to read, analyse, and interpret reports and business information.
Comfortable interacting with managers, clients, customers, and stakeholders.
