What you'll do

- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the CRM system, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and enhancements that meet user needs.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership or management within a technology or data-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems,



particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.

Nice to have

- Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with data analytics and integration processes.

Skills & tools
