What you'll do
- Oversee multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously to guarantee timely activation and user engagement.
- Serve as the main consultant for both clients and internal teams, guiding them through the account setup process.
- Conduct group training sessions and train-the-trainer programs to help organizations achieve their initial value milestones.
- Develop and sustain relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track.
- Become well-versed in the product to showcase how Heidi's features address specific clinical workflow challenges.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to pinpoint risks and explore opportunities for expansion.
- Continuously enhance onboarding playbooks based on feedback from clinical users to improve the implementation process.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all aspects of the implementation align with client expectations.
- Analyze client usage data to identify potential risks and influence product or sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation to ensure sustained success and satisfaction.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to share insights and best practices that can enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management roles.
- At least 2 years of experience leading enterprise-level implementations in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Proven track record of delivering effective group training sessions.
- Strong capability in managing relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Expertise in handling complex, concurrent projects with a focus on efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to analyze usage data to identify risks and inform product or sales priorities effectively.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp technical product details and apply them in clinical settings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, health technology, or other regulated sectors.
- Clinical knowledge or relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, Best Practice,
or MedicalDirector.
- Experience with training platforms like Lessonly, WorkRamp, Docebo, or Articulate.
- Understanding of technical identity concepts such as SAML and SCIM.
