Chadstone Motor Group is seeking an experienced Administration Officer for Chadstone Ford & Chadstone Hyundai at our Mulgrave facility. This full time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, reporting to the Dealership Accountant and supporting the Accounts team and managers.

You will handle debtor reports, reconciliations, vehicle registrations and transfers, deal processing, and supplier invoices, ensuring all paperwork is compliant and records are well maintained.
