What you'll do

- Oversee the product strategy and roadmap for engineering simulation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product development and customer needs.
- Drive the adoption of machine learning technologies to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Mentor and guide a team of product managers to achieve their professional goals and enhance team performance.

Requirements

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management,



particularly in engineering or simulation software.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and its applications in engineering contexts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Experience in the energy sector or with digital twin technologies.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Skills & tools

- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with software development processes and methodologies.
