Product Sales & Rental Business Development Manager

In this exciting growth-focused role, you'll build robust relationships with consultants, contractors, mining companies, government agencies and industry stakeholders, identifying opportunities that drive revenue across HydroTerra's product sales, rental fleet and technical service offerings.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, expanding HydroTerra's market presence and positioning the company as a trusted partner across environmental and industrial sectors.

Your responsibilities include:

Drive new business growth across HydroTerra's product, rental and service offerings

Identify and secure opportunities with environmental consultants, engineering firms, utilities, government agencies, contractors and mining companies

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry influencers

Conduct customer visits, site meetings, networking activities and attend relevant industry events and conferences.

Develop customer engagement plans that increase sales activity and revenue growth

Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to quotation, order and project completion

Promote HydroTerra's rental fleet as a flexible solution for project-based and short-term requirements

Collaborate with technical, operations and service teams to deliver tailored customer solutions

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to support business growth

Contribute to sales forecasting,



strategic planning and growth initiatives

To be successful, you'll bring:

Proven experience in business development, account management or technical sales

A strong track record of winning new business and achieving revenue growth targets

Exceptional relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills

Commercial acumen with the ability to identify, develop and convert opportunities

A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach

Experience within environmental services, mining, water, laboratory services or technical equipment sales will be highly regarded

Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from field personnel to senior decision-makers

Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline
