Are you looking to begin or advance your career in strata management?
We are working with two highly regarded Queensland body corporate management businesses seeking additional team members on the Gold Coast. Opportunities are available for Junior Strata Managers, Strata Managers and experienced Senior Strata Managers.
Both businesses have long-standing industry reputations, established support structures and a solid focus on professional, responsive and personalised client service.

The Role
Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Managing a portfolio of body corporate schemes
- Preparing agendas, minutes and meeting documentation




- Attending and facilitating committee meetings and AGMs
- Providing practical guidance on Queensland strata legislation
- Preparing budgets and reviewing scheme financial information
- Coordinating insurance, maintenance and compliance matters
- Implementing committee and body corporate decisions
- Building positive relationships with committees, owners and service providers
- Supporting senior managers while developing your strata knowledge

Junior applicants will receive training and support, while experienced candidates will be offered greater portfolio autonomy and the opportunity to manage more complex schemes.

About You
We would like to hear from candidates with:

- Previous strata, body corporate, property or real estate experience
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A professional, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working with committees and multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of Queensland body corporate legislation is advantageous
- Experience using StrataMax, PropertyIQ or similar software is beneficial

Experienced Strata Managers are strongly encouraged to apply; however, applications are also welcomed from property professionals looking to establish a long-term career in the strata industry.
