Labourpower is seeking production manufacturing machine operators for our busy recycling facility in Somerton, Victoria. This role involves night shifts from 10pm to 6am, Monday to Friday, with a safety-first approach and a willingness to work in a noisy, dusty workplace.
You will operate and manage machinery to meet production goals, lead a small team, adhere to safety procedures, monitor quality, and assist with trials and data capture.
