Account Manager

As an Account Manager you will manage the relationships of existing accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. You will build strong relationships, drive customer loyalty, and ensure ongoing account growth. You will collaborate with customer service reps to manage accounts and with sales teams to identify and pursue upsell opportunities.

Experience





- 5‑7 years in sales with a track record of achieving revenue growth
- Experience in account management, retention and business development
- Experience within an MSP, systems integrator, or similar tech organization (bonus)
- Strong business acumen and ability to network and influence
- Experience managing data, pipelines, reporting and forecasting
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, quoting tools and vendor portals

On Offer

- A base salary based on experience and targets chosen
- Salary can rise once in the role if you choose higher targets
- Comes with a 60/40 split to OTE
