APS6 ICT Delivery & Service Management Specialists

- Salary: $91,617 – $114,988 plus superannuation
- Location: Canberra (onsite)
- Security Clearance: NV1 mandatory
- Employment Type: 12-month non-ongoing engagement with potential 6-month extension and future ongoing opportunities

An Australian Government organisation is seeking experienced ICT professionals to join a high-performing technology environment supporting critical enterprise systems and services.

We are recruiting for multiple APS6 opportunities across ICT delivery coordination and IT service management. These roles provide the opportunity to work with modern technologies, complex stakeholder environments and nationally significant digital services.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting ICT delivery, sustainment and operational activities across multiple teams
- Coordinating stakeholders, vendors and service providers to ensure effective service outcomes
- Supporting governance, reporting, planning and risk management activities
- Assisting with requirements gathering, business process analysis and service improvement initiatives
- Enabling and uplifting IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and frameworks
- Configuring, optimising and supporting enterprise ITSM platforms and processes




- Contributing to continual service improvement and operational excellence
- Supporting procurement, contractor coordination and transition-to-support activities

We are seeking candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

- ICT project support, service delivery or operational coordination
- IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and tools
- Business analysis, requirements management or process improvement
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Governance, reporting and risk management
- ITIL-aligned service management environments

Highly desirable:

- Experience working in complex government or enterprise ICT environments
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and up-to-date service management practices
- Understanding of security, privacy and governance frameworks
