What our program offers:

A 12-month graduate program that includes rotations within a broad and dynamic organisation, followed by a permanent full‑time opportunity.

A Graduate Learning Series focused on building your confidence and supporting your transition into the corporate world.

A capstone project where you’ll work with other graduates on a real business challenge and present your recommendations to senior leaders.

About the Opportunity

Working within our Leisure division, you will gain hands‑on experience across various areas of the business while developing your commercial, operational and analytical skills.

Throughout the program, you will:

- Collaborate with the Operations and Risk & Compliance teams to understand how RACV resorts run day to day, including on‑site support and progress reviews.
- Identify operational risks and contribute to improvements in efficiency.
- Support financial reporting, budgeting, data analysis and business performance.




- Build relationships with teams across the business and communicate insights clearly.

What you’ll need to be successful:

At RACV, we know everyone brings something different. We’re looking for graduates who are analytically minded and eager to build a strong understanding of how our resorts operate, using those insights to inform thoughtful analysis and business improvement.

To be considered for the program, you’ll need:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Econometrics, Commerce, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or Actuarial Studies, Commerce/Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- To have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years.
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how it can be applied across our business.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving skills and an ability to generate practical solutions.
- Previous work experience in finance, accounting and commerce (desirable).
- A valid driver’s licence (successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria).
