Casual Educator – Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education

Location: Gold Coast, 4227

Employment Type: Casual shifts, Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm

Overview

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you’ll be a flexible, team-oriented professional, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.

Responsibilities

- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engage and supervise children at all times
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Qualifications

- Hold an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification (Certificate 3 or Diploma)
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- Willing to travel between other local services
- Versatile availability Monday-Friday, 6:30am – 6:30pm
