What our program offers:

A 12‑month graduate program that includes rotations within a broad and dynamic organisation, followed by a permanent full‑time opportunity.

A strong support network including mentors, buddies and a dedicated graduate program manager.

A Graduate Learning Series focused on building your confidence and supporting your transition into the corporate world.

A capstone project where you’ll work with other graduates on a real business challenge and present your recommendations to senior leaders.

About the Opportunity

As a People & Culture Graduate, you’ll complete three rotations, gaining hands‑on experience across key areas of the business.

This role provides broad exposure across key People and Culture functions, including Business Partnering and Employee Relations, Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW), and Shared Services. Support our People & Culture team and gain a broad understanding of how we attract, develop and support our people across RACV. Working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, you will gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions and business areas.

Throughout the program, you will:

- Support day‑to‑day people processes, projects, and stakeholder advice across the employee lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, change initiatives,



coordinate wellbeing‑related events and learning as well as employee experience outcomes.
- Build capability in workplace relations, compliance, wellbeing, and people operations.

What you’ll need to be successful:

At RACV, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background. We’re looking for graduates who are curious, eager to learn and excited to build their career in a supportive and purpose‑driven environment.

To be considered for our program you will need:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, Human Resources or a related field.
- Will have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship builder and team player.
- Curiosity and growth mind with eagerness to learn and grow in an ever‑evolving part of the business.
- Previous work experience in Human Resources, Health, Safety & Wellbeing activities, Project or Change Support or similar fields would be advantageous.
- A valid driver’s licence (successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria).
