We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mining Supervisor to join our growing team at Genesis Mining Services (GMS). This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to contribute to a growing business while gaining exposure across a diverse mining operation.
Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will play a key role in leading safe and efficient mining activities, mentoring crews, and supporting operational performance across site.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence
- Minimum 5 years' experience within an open pit mining or quarrying workplace, including machinery operation
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong teams and foster positive working relationships
