Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Agent role based in Coorparoo, QLD. The agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, listing presentations, preparing properties for market, conducting open homes and private inspections, and negotiating offers. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing regular communication and market feedback, and accurately completing contracts and documentation.

The role also involves coordinating marketing activities,



staying informed about local market trends and regulations, and collaborating with the broader team to achieve sales targets and deliver a high standard of service. Qualifications

Hold a valid Real Estate License and demonstrate solid knowledge of Queensland Real Estate practices and regulations.

Possess robust sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing transactions.

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a client-focused, professional approach.

Have practical understanding of property, including valuation considerations and local market dynamics.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.

Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple listings simultaneously.

High level of personal integrity, reliability, and professional presentation.

Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and basic digital marketing tools is advantageous.

Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle for attending appointments and inspections.
